Amibroker
By default ManshiRT is configured to use database located in C:\ManshiRT\RTDataDatabase\Amibroker\ManshiTickDB
Changing Default ManshiRT Database
If you want to change the database being used by ManshiRT, change tick database path using "Charting S/W->Amibroker". Change only the database path. Leave other fields unchanged.

Using ManshiRT plugin based DB
If you want to use ManshiRT plugin based Amibroker DB specifically with trial version of Amibroker to save stock history, Please do the following:
  1.  Remove ManshiRT existing DB configuration for tick db. Though it possible to use both tickDB and ManshiRT plugin based DB simultaneously, it is suggested to delete tickdb settings as per below steps:
    •   Click on Charting/W tab.
    •   Click on Amibroker icon.
    •   Clear "Tick Database" and "Broker.exe path" textbox
    •   Click on OK
  2. Open Amibroker and click on "File->Open Database" menu
  3. Browse to the following folder "C:\C:\ManshiRTibroker\ManshiPluginDB" and click ok

Ninja Trader
Configure ManshiRT for Ninja Trader
  • Click on Ninja Trader icon in "Charting S/W" tab of ManshiRT and check "Enable NT RT Data" and the "NT Import Folder". The intraday backfill data is imported in the folder specified in this folder.
  • Click on Start button to start RT data to Ninja Trader

Configure Ninja Trader to receive data for the RT source and add a symbol using instrument manager
  1. Open Ninja Trader
  2. click on file and check "AT Interface"
  3. Click on "File->Connect" and select "External Data feed" option
  4. Add a chart using instrument manager "Tools->Instrument Manager"
  5. Open a new chart "File->New->Chart" in Ninja Trader

Ninja Trader Backfill
  1. Backfill stock in ManshiRT. The backfill data for Ninja Trader will be saved in the "NT import folder" (e.g. C:\ManshiRT\NTImportDir) specified in the Ninja Trader config dialog. 
  2. Switch to Ninja Trader and open "History Data Manager" and click on "Start Import" button on the "Import" tab
  3. Browse to the "NT import folder" specified above and select the symbols for backfill
  4. Reopen the chart in Ninja Trader

FCharts
Manshi RT configuration for FCharts
  1. Clcik on "Charting S/W" tab
  2. Under specify a data directory for FCharts data in "Fcharts" Data folder text box eg c:\ManshiRT\RTDataDatabase\FCharts

FCharts Configuration
Open FCharts, and choose "Intraday" button on the left hand side, which will open a dialog named "Live Data". Ensure following settings has been made to get real-time data.
  1. Source: Ascii Files
  2. choose "Open feed on startup"
  3. Under Import Ascii Files, specify FCharts directory as given above e.g. C:\ManshiRT\ ChartsData   
  4. choose "Import changed files only"
  5. Specify update frequency in seconds as you wish - Poll every _ seconds (1 to 60)
  6. Start to update real-time/backfill data’s
