Dot not set the same database as tick db (section 1 below) and plugin-db (section 3 below) else the database might get corrupted and data update will be inconsistent. Use either tick db or plugin db for a single database.
  1. Configuring an Existing Amibroker Database for ManshiRT

  3. Using ManshiRT plugin based Amibroker DB with ManshiRT

1) Configuring an Existing Database for ManshiRT

Use this option if you already have a real time Amibroker database and wants to use it with ManshiRT.

Click on "Charting S/W" ->"Amibroker" icon. It will open the following dialog:

Click on "Select Recent Database" button. It will open the following dialog.

Select a database and click on "OK" button.

The selected database will be added in the tick database text box as shown below:

Click on OK button to set the database to be used with ManshiRT.

Alternatively, you can click on "Browse Database" button to browse to the database manually and select a database. This option might be needed if the database is not shown in the "Select Recent Database" dialog.

Note : The database selected above should have the "Base Time Interval" value set to either 1 Minute (recommended) or Tick. You can verify it in the database setting dialog (File->Database Settings).

2) Creating a New Database for ManshiRT

Use this option when you want to create a new real time Amibroker to be used with ManshiRT. Kindly note once the database is created, associate it with ManshiRT as explained in Configuring an Existing Database for ManshiRT section.

To create a new database to be used with ManshiRT follow the following steps:

Click on File->New->Database

In  the opened dialog box, click on "Browse" button to select a database folder and click on create button.

Note the database settings above. The base time interval value can be either "Tick" or "Minute".

3) Using ManshiRT plug-in based DB with ManshiRT

For details about functionalities of ManshiRT plug-in database, please refer to this video.

The easiest way to use a plugin based db is to use a plug-in db already available with ManshiRt setup.

Click on File->Open Database

In the dialog box opened, select database available at "C:\ManshiRT\RTDataDatabase\Amibroker\ManshiPluginDB".

Alternatively, you can create a new database as given in the Creating a New Database for ManshiRT section with the following settings:

Note : There is no explicit configuration required in ManshiRT for plug-in db. Also multiple plug-in databases can be used simultaneously.
